Shipping and Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on the destination and courier service.
Velvetmoon offers FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India, with no minimum order value.
Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is unavailable. This does not affect rights relating to faulty goods or other remedies available under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please report these issues within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We normally offer a replacement first. If a replacement is unavailable, we provide a refund. This reporting window and replacement process do not limit your statutory consumer rights, including any applicable right to a refund.
